 I would like to check the possibility, if you can produce such big machining parts.For the beginning we want to start with diameter 400mm, ,but very soon we will have such parts till up to diameter 1000mm. 这些加工件相对来说比较大，后期还会有直径到1000mm的，看是否有这个加工能力。

Attached are 5  3D-files of a concept that can still change a bit.

1400 GSV housing

·    water cutting, milling/lathing, if possible on a 5axis machine, coating

Material : 6061-T6.Water cutting

Milling / lathing – if possible on a big 5 axis machine 可能会要用到5轴

Deburring,Coating – still not close – right now 2 options: 这几个款的表面处理用下面两种方式都可以

Hard anodize MIL - A - 8625 TYPE 3 CLASS 2, Thickness  80-100μm

Or E-coat acc. MIL-DTL-53084, Thickness 20-35μm

Material: Stainless steel 316

Laser cutting.Lathing of radius.Drilling and chamfer .Coating: Passivation

 Quality docs COA, COT and coating report are requested. 除了尺寸报告，涂层的报告到时候也是需要的

Maybe later we will ask to make also the assembly. 后期可能也会需要组装
